Who we are

BatchDrop BKK is operated by Wissarut Issariyakul, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us on LINE: @467akrfb.

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Order details: the products, frame and lenses you choose, prices and order status.
• Payment details: the transfer slip you upload and the information on it (amount, date, transaction reference and the partly hidden account details printed on the slip).
• LINE details, if you connect LINE: your LINE user ID and display name.
• Basic usage information: anonymous visit statistics, and your language choice.

Why we use it

• To take, process and deliver your pre-order.
• To check your payment and prevent the same slip being used twice.
• To send you order updates, for example on LINE.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To improve the website and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We use your data because it is needed to carry out your order (contract), for our legitimate interests such as preventing fraud and improving our service, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this service, and only as much as they need: website hosting and analytics, our database and file storage, LINE (for messages and sign-in), a bank-slip verification service, and the delivery company (for example Thailand Post / EMS).

Some of these providers may store data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we rely on providers that protect personal data appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to complete your order and support you afterwards, and for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the website needs to work, such as remembering your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visit statistics are collected without cookies and do not identify you.

Your rights

• Ask for access to, or a copy of, your personal data.
• Ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it.
• Object to how we use it, or ask us to send it to another organisation.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Some requests may be limited when we need the data to complete your order or to meet a legal obligation.
