About this service

BatchDrop BKK is an independent pre-order and shopping service operated by Wissarut Issariyakul. We buy products on your behalf from the official Pilla store and deliver them to you in Thailand. We are not an authorized distributor, dealer, or affiliated partner of Pilla Sport / Pilla Performance Eyewear. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Prices

Prices are in Thai baht and include tax and delivery within Thailand. Special prices, such as early-bird prices, are available for a limited time. The price shown when you place your order is the price for that order.

Deposit

Your order is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit by PromptPay and verify your transfer slip. The deposit is non-refundable, except as described under Refunds.

Balance and delivery

When your order arrives, we will ask you to pay the remaining 50% balance. We ship your order after the balance is paid. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of our request, we may cancel the order, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can happen, for example because of the supplier, shipping or customs, and we will keep you updated.

Refunds

If we cannot buy your item because it is out of stock or unavailable from the official store, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid. If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is not refunded.

Products, damage and warranty

Products are genuine items bought from the official Pilla store. We inspect and video-record every item before shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you must record one continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel, starting before the parcel is opened, and contact us as soon as possible. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Any manufacturer warranty follows the manufacturer's own policy; we are happy to help you contact them.

Our responsibility

We take care to handle your order correctly. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them from time to time; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
